Fiberglass-reinforced plastic, or simply “FRP", is a composite material consisting of glass fibers embedded in a resin matrix.
The fiber glass and the polymer / resin used by us are one of the best qualities.
Fiberglass is a lightweight, extremely strong, and robust material and is typically far less brittle.
FRP has the tensile strength of steel, yet is two thirds the weight of aluminum. Like steel, it is springy, yet its fatigue life is almost infinite. It is structurally the strongest of all electrically insulating materials. It is non-sparking, does not conduct heat, and resists chemical corrosion. It maintains its appearance over a long time, and requires little maintenance and no painting.
FRP Sky Lights & Domes are widely used in industrial buildings, ware houses, workshops, commercial buildings, residences etc.
The FRP skylights are used to harness natural sunlight in these buildings. It saves a lot of artificial light and hence saves on power consumption.
The sky lights are available in standard dimension i.e. 1 Mtr. width & 3 Mtr. length.
FRP ventilator domes are used for mounting Turbine Air Ventilators.
